 TEMOIGNAGES

"Excellent course. Every DDAE implementation should start with AEF." Juan

"This training is a must for people who want to get an overview of the history and main philosophies addressing flow management: MRP, Lean, Theory of Constraints, 6 sigma, DDMRP…" Romain

Christian

"For me it was an excellent professional experience. Now, I consider that the AEF course gives a global vision about the process, history and supply chain evolution and at the same time it also helps people who are not immersed in the subject and want to know/implement Demand Driven MRP in their jobs or company. The distributions of topics of the course, provides a clear and not complex guide, (neither formulas nor specific calculations) of why Demand Driven is the direction of the solution from understanding the evolution of traditional operational objectives, TOC, MRP I, MRP II, BOM, innovation and supply chain characteristics of companies from the year 60's-65's to today. From my role as PMO at WA Solutions, I can say that you do not have to be an expert to take the course, on the other hand, it is the first door to understand the supply chain system." Sara

"During these pandemic period above all the SMEs need to identify a new roadmap to survive. This course opens a great opportunity to various companies in order to well understand the big gap between the current difficult situation and the new demand driven adaptive enterprise (DDAE) model, capable to better perform in a VUCA world… So I strongly advice the course participation to the entire board committee, in order to trigger this necessary breakthrough for its organization. The course is innovative, balancing theory, concepts and practical exercises, all along the representation of the famous novel “The missing links." Giuseppe

"It is an interesting role-play learning experience in class!" Henry

"The AEF last workshop is like 20 cities in Europe in 2 days. I think that the AEF workshop provides a valuable historic recount of what has been the supply and flow management in recent history, and we recognize there are many issues to learn and analize, and that in current situation of economy we do need to explore new ways and the fundamentals of TOC are a great support to develop new solutions, And after the AEF I am sure many attendants will be eager to continue learning about dynamic buffer management as the direction of the solution for flow management." Alejandro
